NEW - "In the Community" Town Hall Tour Series

The "In the Community" Town Hall series with Honorable Mayor Jacques K. Gilbert started in 2025 and is an opportunity for residents to engage with their Mayor.  These Town Halls, excluding the drop in, are designed for specific neighborhoods, so details like time and location are being shared through each community's usual communication channels.  Whether it's a neighborhood clubhouse or a corner booth, I'm showing up to listen, answer questions, and talk about where we're headed together as a town.  

Message from the Mayor

As a life-long resident of Apex, my love for my hometown continues to elevate. I have been fortunate to have worked alongside many citizens, business owners, and town employees to make positive impact as a citizen and Town of Apex employee. I officially retired at the rank of Captain with the Apex Police Department in April 2019. My passion to serve has not ended.

Today we are challenged to ensure the Apex of tomorrow is even better than the Apex of today. I believe we can enhance the quality of life for our fellow Apex citizens with compassion while focusing on community and commerce. With these three pillars, we can build a bridge to a bright future. I look forward to serving as your mayor.
