Members
The Culture and Arts Advisory Board (CAAB) shall consist of nine (9) voting members, including one youth representative as defined in the Resident Advisory Board Administrative Policy. All members shall be recommended by the Mayor and appointed by the Town Council. Members shall be appointed for two-year (2) terms, except the voting youth representative which shall have a term of one-year. Membership shall be restricted to residents of the town's corporate limits except that no more than two (2) members may be residents of the Town's established Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ).

Meetings
Meetings are held in the Town Hall Council Chambers, starting at 6pm. All meetings are now in-person with a public livestream, which is accessible on the Town of Apex YouTube page.
