540 Flex and Business Park, at 1600 Olive Chapel Road, is adjacent to Interstate 540. This park contains both flex and professional or medical office spaces. The flex spaces, for lease only, are 1,800 square feet with a roll-up rear door and an up-fitted office, reception area, bathroom and warehouse space. Apex Gateway

Apex Gateway is a state-of-the-art business and industrial park, conveniently located between Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and South Wake County growth corridors. Peak City Business Park

Peak City Business Park will offer 42 acres of new construction office and flex space. Pinnacle Business Park
