Registration begins Monday, May 20, 2019 for Apex residents and Monday, June 3, 2019 for non-residents.  Registration will be available online and at the Apex Community Center (53 Hunter St.).

About Youth Volleyball


All league practices and games will be at the Apex Community Center. Practices will be held 1 night a week on Tuesday or Thursday and games will take place on Saturdays. Practice begins in early August and the season will finish in late October. Teams will consist of 10-12 players and play will be 6-on-6. A participant's age is based on her age on October 31, 2019.

Cost

Get Involved. Volunteer to Coach! 
Knowledgeable volunteer coaches are the backbone and face of our youth athletic programs. They teach skills, provide leaderships, and lead practices and games throughout the season. League schedules vary, but most leagues have one practice each week and a game on Saturday.

All of our coaches are trained and certified through the National Youth Sports Coaches Association (NYSCA). All volunteers are required to complete a background check before participating in any practices or games. The Town of Apex follows guidelines suggested by the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) for denying applications to serve as a volunteer coach.
